When you scan the sticker on a machine, the account for that machine will be created automatically. You can use this account to shop at any machine run by the same operator (a company that fills the machine, such as Coca-Cola or Selecta). You can also add as many accounts as you need for different operators.

Q: HOW WILL MY CUSTOMERS KNOW THEY CAN PAY WITH MACJACK?

Each machine with the MacJack payment options has a bright blue sticker with the QR code and simple instructions on how to use the app. With the first QR code scan, users can install the app and then use the same code to open the app and initiate the purchase process.

Q: CAN MY USERS STILL USE OFFICE KEY FOB/ KEY CARDS?

Yes, your users can use the existing office key cards or fobs. Additionally, they can pair their key cards/fobs with their MacJack account and use either their phones or key cards when purchasing products at the office machines. Regardless of how they choose to pay, they can perform other actions, such as topping up their app accounts, tracking their spending, and sending feedback through the app.

Q: HOW CAN MY USERS TOP UP THEIR MACJACK ACCOUNT?

Users can top up their app accounts with cash, major credit cards like Mastercard and Visa, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
