Find the nearest machine with the MacJack sticker and scan the QR code to start the download from Google Play, Apple Store, or Huawei AppGallery. The next step is registering with your email address to activate your account.

You have downloaded your MacJack app; good job! It’s time to add your payment method. Navigate to the wallet icon on the app home screen, and add your bank card information. After adding your bank card, you can top up the account with €5, €10, or €20 directly from the card or by inserting cash into the machine.

MacJack supports cash top-up, and in some locations, you can also top up with all the major card schemes – Mastercard, Visa, and Amex.

You can start the purchase in two ways. You could scan the QR code on the MacJack sticker or tap the NFC area on the sticker if you previously enabled NFC payment on your phone.

If your vending machine operator sets up a promotion or reward program, you will receive a notification in your MacJack inbox. You can navigate to your inbox to see all messages you have received, including promotion details.

After each purchase, you can rate the app and send feedback to our support team. If you experience any issues with the machine or the app itself, you can write it down, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
